teachers are important in our life. Teachers provide and help us to achieve our educational desire. Although some people as those who love home schooling may disagree with the statement that says teachers should be payed based on how much a student absorb information. I totally, agreee for two important reasons

First, money motivates people to do their best. because money is the only medium of exchange so everybody work hard to get it in order to satisfy their daily need. So if a teacher is paid for his good deed with money he or she merites this will be very good for all of us. Not all teachers do their best to give a good education, some teacher look at the job as a normal job. Others look at the job as a special work . So they did their atmost like giving a good lecture and make sure that their students absorbe their information before even leave their class room
Second reason is this will place a good teachers on the top of the list . For example, in my case. I m a foreign who seek badly to learn English in order to get my degree back and be able to work in USA. I had a bad experience with the international LADO college I registered for some preparations for the Toefl exam but unfortunally I felt loosing my money and my time because the teacher who tought us in this class e didn t have any experience about this materials. the only thing she did just read the instruction on the book and explained them . I talked to my friends in the class and they weren't satisfy about their learning method. so I quite the class.
