I thought I'd share this video to show my auction followers how I have seen Australian Auctioneering change styles in the last 4 years. My new style is a reflection of this change, with less fillers, more spontaneity, smiling, open body language, negotiations during bidding, trial closing, not lowering increment in rise until necessary, not always putting the property on the market straight away and going for the up bids. I haven't deleted my old auction videos to allow for comparisons.
