Lesson Plan: Have students practice the dialogue, reading the text as is (which can be found and downloaded at http://www.24hourenglish.com) Then have students try the dialogue without reading the text. Then have them try alternatives to the text, ie different menus, type of venue, 'cafe', 'stall', 'market' etc. Finishing with different payment conditions and method of payment. Credit card, barter etc.
