Xuất bản 17/08/2015 @aiandgames -- In this final video of the first public lecture series, we take a look at the 'Director AI' behind Valve's online co-operative shooter Left 4 Dead. We explore not only how director AI differs from traditional work in non-player character development, but also explore this system actually works. We also have a special snippet of gameplay made just for this video, where we show you how you can play around with the director itself when playing Left 4 Dead. This lecture was delivered at the University of Derby, UK on December 1st 2014. Special thanks to my colleague Dave Voorhis (University of Derby) for recording this session and to Phil Lawson for providing technical support in getting this up and running.
