Research tells us that the more close friends we have, the better our lives are. One way to keep in contact with friends is through social networks, either by going to parties or by using the Internet. So, when you use Facebook, you are building your social network.
One of the good ways to improve your English is to practice writing five sentences every day. Some of my students say, "Steve, I really want to improve my English, but now I'm back in my country and I'm not speaking English. how can I continue to use English so that I don't lose my vocabulary and grammar?"

participate in a group/individual workshop about English
What is an English Language workshop? You watch a video (a short talk by a teacher) and then you call the teacher and speak for 5-10 minutes, one-on-one, to practice what was discussed in the lecture. Remember to make some notes.
