What is MLM? What is network marketing? "MLM" [multi-level marketing] and network marketing are synonymous terms. They both basically mean the same thing. MLM is basically where you as an individual partner with a company to help that company promote and sell the products that the company produces. This is how you will be paid in the form of commissions. You can also bring others into your mlm or network marketing business, build a team of representatives and get paid a percentage of what your team does in volume. This is basically what mlm network marketing is. This is my personal definition of what mlm network marketing is.
Why do people fail within the network marketing industry? In my opinion people fail within network marketing because the quit and they don't learn other ways of marketing. Most people are stuck in the old traditional methods of mlm sponsoring or mlm recruiting which is making a list of friends and family all while trying to convince these people to join network marketing. Friends and family are a good place to start, but like the majority it won't build you a successful mlm business.
