Activity 2. - Visit http://businessculture.org/business-culture/what-is-social-networking/social-media-marketing-strategy-template/ and read around the four social media strategies -- think about your needs and which strategy would be appropriate for you? Write down your thoughts combining the justification of the networks from Activity 1. How can you approach Marketing, Support, Operations and Sales on social media? Activity 3. - Consider how your social media activities will be integrated into other marketing communications whether this is on your website, in company brochures, ads etc. Draft some principles of social media policy, which should help your company to maximise your use of social media.
