This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Heimo Hammer is a man who was involved in the Digital Age before the market was. In his talk he gives great insights of how communication works and which advantages and dangers it brings. Additionally he presents a great way of how to still control your life and the Cyber World we are tied to.
The marketing mastermind and digital advertising pioneer is founder of “kraftwerk”. One of Austria’s biggest and most successful creative agencies, which is focused on digital marketing. Heimo graduated from WU Vienna University of Economics and Business with specializations in marketing, advertising, and information technologies. After graduating, he started to work as an assistant professor in marketing at his alma mater. Thereafter he soon conquered the corporate world and worked for several international companies (e.g. Siemens, Dr. Puttner and Bates), before launching his company in 1990. Additionally, he is lecturing at FH Wiener Neustadt, Campus02 Graz, and IMC – University of Applied Sciences in Krems.
