Professor Emilios Avgouleas, University of Edinburgh, gave a lecture entitled "The Future of Fractional Reserve Banking in Light of Recent Reforms: Is Jimmy Stewart Dead?" in discussion with Professor Eilis Ferran on Tuesday, 28 April 2015 at the Faculty of Law as a guest of 3CL.
