He will approach the subject from the point of view of a designer and draw both from his sense of current challenges and those that he experienced in the early days of ATMs and Funds Transfer. He will provide a description of the business as seen by a technologist and discuss the technology challenges, economic hurdles and constraints. He will also cover the various interactions (between banker and customer) and audiences (customers, supervising authorities, organizational realities) that must be considered as part of the design.
