The 2012 Dorothy Hodgkin Memorial Lecture was presented by Dr Venki Ramakrishnan of the Medical Research Council Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Cambridge at the University Museum of Natural History, Parks Road, Oxford.
The lecture was entitled "How antibiotics illuminate ribosome function and vice versa".
