this man is naked every time i go to this area i told police in 2014 but they are useless ( watered down powers due to idiots in Government the police are now turned into pen pushers ) i find his behaviour offensive & it causes me distress and alarm
if you wish to go naked do it on your own back garden & even then make sure neighbours cant see you. ( i saw him full frontal naked i pressed record after he saw me and turned) if you think hes doing nothing wrong you must be a pervert this is indecent exposure and children should not have to face sights like this in a public place.
