ECSB, a long-standing client of BCR, wanted to create a TV spot that not only supported it's "Connecting with Customers" tagline, but demonstrated the connection it had made with actual customers. ECSB had numerous photos of actual customers, which were running in their print ads, but had no video of them. BCR was able to "stitch" together a TV spot that used the ECSB logo shape, client photos, and copy that invited you to "become a part of the fabric of this great community", to form a :20 donut with a :10 product insert.
