Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The invention of the Internet has had negative effects on your civilization. Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.
Tremendous development in technologies like internet makes people life much easier and faster than it was. Internet has lots of positive effects on mankind; it makes communication much more convenient. Internet's fabulous advantage is telemedicine, which saves people's lives. Besides, internet helps in education.
First, communication through internet is very convenient. Some people are abusing internet to ruin others life. However, internet helps people can communicate their loved ones throughout the world. For example, I am in US my parents who live in India communicate through net every day. I am using webcam to chat with them, which making my life more delightful. I never thought that I missed my parents. In addition, my brother who lives in Libya also communicates with me through net. Moreover, talking through net is cheaper than making phone calls.
Second, telemedicine is a rapidly developing clinical medicine, where medical information is transferred through audio video visual for the purpose of consulting. This helps people getting treatment on time which saving lives. For example, the doctor works in Baltimore hospital suspect's baby's heart beat is poor; he wants to consult the cardiologist who is in DC. Telemedicine helps, both the doctors are consulting while they are reading ECO. The ECO readings are transferred and sent to the doctor who is far away from the hospital. This saves time and also saves lives which incredibly valuable.
Finally, internet is one of the significant education tools. Some people are misusing internet for watching censored shows many times. However, most of the people are using internet for their education. For example, I used internet to search references when I prepared my equivalency exam. Moreover, internet helped me to get high score on that exam. In addition, internet has more updated information than text books. Internet has immense sources to learn, which helps to improve knowledge.
In short, internet has plenty of positive effects on civilization. The effective communication between people through the world; saves people's lives through telemedicine; and for education are the beneficial consequences of internet.
