People have different ways of escaping the stress and difficulties of modern life. Some read; some exercise; others work in their gardens. What do you think are the best ways of reducing stress? Use specific details and examples in your answer. Answer: People cannot omit the stress and difficulties in their daytime becase they are parts of their lives. However, the negative elements may affact people's works and make them turn worse. Therefore, people should through away them and keep themselves in a happy enviroment. In my opnion, I think the best ways to release are do exercise, listen music, and watch something camedy. At first, I will choose to do some exercise to release myself if I feel stress, for example, play bastketball. When I am doing some exercises, I can shift my attention and help my brand not to keep on thinking the difficuties easily because I must focus on the sports which I am doing if I want to play it well. During I am playing bastketball, all my thinkings are how to beat the enemy, so I forget the stresses, get a low scores in class, maybe, easily. Next, for me, listinning to the music, especially the lyric music, is the good way to drive stresses away. The reason is that I think music can touch the soul and clean it and I feel peaceful after listen music. For example, I will choose one song everytime I feel sad. After listen it, I feel I was crying during the song and everything is going to be okay. Finally, if I feel there are many stresses in my life now, I will choose watch some comedy programs, the most time I will choose is movie. Since laugh is a strong power to fight the negative emotions, I can laugh many times during watching comeby movie so that the stresses I meet will leave me away. To sum up, when I feel stresses, I will choose do some exercises, listin music, and watch some comeby events to fight.
