Scout Class Abilities:
‣ Primary:
‣‣ Tactical Echo: sends out a radar pulse to detect enemies within range.
‣ Secondary
‣‣ Cloak: Hides yourself from enemies, attacking anybody breaks it.
‣‣ Emergency Teleport: Teleports you to a safe area on the map.
‣‣ Sun Drone: Deploys a flying drone that stuns enemies nearby
