How to know if you should go into the Real Estate business.
Honey, I was thinking that I should get a job again. Now that Janie is in Kindergarten, I haven't done anything but sit at home and think about nothing. I need something in my life.
Sure, you know I'm not going to complain about having some extra money. Was there something to do that you had in mind?
Well, I was talking to Charlotte and she said that she is in the process of getting her license to sell real estate. She was told by a different friend of hers that it is a pretty flexible job, and that she cans till make a significant amount of money.
Gosh, information between you girls spreads like wildfire. I seriously just found out yesterday that David has been working at a different job now for a year.

Well, how long will it take for you to get your license?
Well it varies in each state, but here in Florida it takes 63 hours of approved classes to be able to take the exam.

What?! I've always been a really good test taker, and I did really well in school!
Says the girl that would persuade me to skip my Spanish class while she skipped English so we could go take a nap.
Sleep was way more important back then than learning about conjugating verbs and how to write a resume.

Exactly, that class was irrelevant. Either way, I think that this job would be good. It's flexible hours which is great for the kids, and we will have some extra money.
