www.EmpoweRN.com Hello & thank you so much for watching! In this video I wanted to answer an email as from one of my lovely subscribers. I felt compelled to answer this one especially because I think we all go into the nursing profession with the best of intentions. We want to add value of help others in the best way that we can. Sometimes however, despite everything that we do, we made to believe in some way that we are not good enough, smart enough or that we just don't care. Having similar situation happen to me as well, I understand that nothing could be further from the truth! As nurses I believe that in many cases we care too much and to have someone say something like this can be extremely hurtful. Knowing how to separate your personal feelings from this is key. In this video I'm going to give you a few tis on how I approach difficult situations & make the most of them. I will also share how I emotional detach, so that no matter what, I feel good knowing that I did my absolute best. We are all works in progress, but we are not perfect. Simply accepting that things may happen & continuing to progress and do your best is the most important. I really hope you enjoyed this video, if you did, please give it a thumbs up, subscribe to the channel & post a comment!! Really looking forward to seeing you again soon!
