Sponsored by Math for America DC (MfA DC) and Carnegie Institution for Science, DC Math Ignite is a fun-filled evening providing opportunity for exchanges of ideas about teaching mathematics and camaraderie for building a community for math teachers. DC educators from different schools give a 5-minute power-point talk on their ideas or related topics on mathematics teaching to a supportive audience of other math educators to help participants enrich their skills or offer ideas about teaching math. You will rarely see such power and spirit of math educators. You need to experience DC Math Ignite in person! SEPTEMBER 3, 2015 IGNITE TALKS!
