John Ross Bowie is awesome, super cool guy and a comedian with a wicked fast sense of humor. He's done comedy at upright citizens brigade for the past few years in Los Angeles and now is every one's favorite nemesis to Sheldon, Barry Kripke.

More about Kripke:
In his first appearance, Barry Kripke pitted his "killer robot" (the Kripke Krippler), originally designed for the Southern California Robot Fighting League Round Robin Invitational, against the guys' robot (M.O.N.T.E.) in an unofficial robot battle at the kinetics lab (The Killer Robot Instability). With a knack for ribbing people, he is an on-and-off friend to Sheldon, Leonard, Howard and Rajesh. He has a case of rhotacism, where he pronounces "r" and "l" as "w" in very much the same way as Elmer Fudd from Looney Tunes. Barry Kripke is a Caltech plasma physicist and an unlikable colleague of Leonard and Sheldon.
