When you're absorbed in sightseeing, or jumping to a new timezone and suffering from jet lag, forgetting or completely missing a client appointment is way to easy to do.
In my own experience, I've forgotten or missed too many client appointments for my liking, before I really understood how to make the tools I use work for me.
And even then, when you have the best of intentions, technology still offers up challenges that ensures things don't always go according to plan.
As a suitcase entrepreneur, you just gotta learn to make the best of the situation and so do your clients.
What I mean by this is working with clients who understand and appreciate the style of working you've set up for yourself and don't expect you to be based in one place.
I hear from many of you that you struggle to deal with clients who demand to see you in person. I don't agree with clients who do this.
Sure there are some types of work that are better done in person, but for most services, you don't need to be in the same place, let alone the same country to work together.
It's all about setting up the intentions for how you want to run your business and communicating this to your customers and clients.

Here are my top 3 tips for dealing with clients and schedules:
1.) Let your clients know in advance when you are travelling.
2.) Setup your calendar for the timezone you are in and block out client-only time in advance
3.) Schedule out times you actually want to talk to clients
