Puerto Vallarta , Jalisco (September 24.2013 .) -- We at El Arrayán are happy to share with you that starting this September 30th we resumed our Mexican cooking classes. For this season of Fall / Winter 2013-2014 Chef Alfonso Corona will teach these classes again, with menus full of tradition and authentic Mexican flavors that you, family and friends can cook at home.
In this new series of Mexican cooking classes 2013-2014 , "MONDAY" is the day to learn to cook rich and varied Mexican dishes with the team of El Arrayán. Local residents and foreign visitors can meet and prepare some of our most delicious Mexican dishes such as: Chile en Nogada, Mole Poblano , Cochinita Pibil , tamales and of course a pre-Hispanic dish as Pozole .
To please our foodies and amateur chefs more cooking classes will be offered starting this fall and once a month one cooking class with breakfast and visit tosuppliers will be available.
