http://www.bcforward.com After an interview, a job seeker should definitely follow up, especially if they're working with a recruiter. Since recruiters also contact the client to see how they thought the interview went, it's good to give your recruiter your thoughts on how the interview went as well. It's definitely a good idea to follow up with a call, an email, maybe even a thank you note showing appreciation for the interview and your continued interest in the position and that you appreciated their time. A handwritten thank you note can make a big impression. If it's been a few weeks and you haven't heard anything, a follow up is important. Reach out to the interviewer to find out if you're still being considered, but don't nag them. If you create a relationship and appear eager, you might be considered for something down the line, even if you don't get hired for the position you interviewed for initially. Our team of recruiters is standing by to assist you in your job search. You can check out our job openings at http://www.bcforward.com/careers/search-job-openings/.
