I'm always looking for ways to help students learn English more quickly. In this video tutorial I start off showing you to look for a video on YouTube that you like. You will click on the transcript feature and copy and paste it into a website that will show you the most used English words from that video. You will be studying English vocabulary that you like because it's the video that you chose. I then show you ways to learn the vocabulary in a short amount of time. Once you know the important words you can listen and comprehend more of the video that you chose. That is such a great skill for practicing English listening and comprehension skills.
It's all part of my four-point plan to teach you how to learn English more quickly. The first point is desire which means to study something in English that you like. When you learn something that you enjoy you are more likely to converse better, improve your pronunciation and make more of an effort in learning English. The second point is emotions and you connect things that you like with your feelings. The third point is scanning for important words like you do with the website that I teach you about. And the last point is interaction and that is something you can do with friends over Skype or comments under any YouTube video.
