The Class of 2014 may have started a brand new tradition at Clarkson University with farewell lectures from their favorite faculty members.
"During our time as students at Clarkson, we have enjoyed guest lecturers from around the world that represent cutting-edge researchers, political pundits, astronauts, CEOs, military veterans, authors, performers, entrepreneurs and a few wonderful everyday heroes," said Class President Caralyn Mirand.
Four faculty delivered the inaugural last lectures: Christopher Robinson, Associate Professor of Political Science in the School of Arts & Sciences; Katherine Wears, Assistant Professor of Law and Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs in the School of Business; Kathleen Issen, Associate Professor of Mechanical & Aeronautical Engineering; and Shane Rogers, Associate Professor of Civil & Environmental Engineering in the Wallace H. Coulter School of Engineering.
