Marie Owen, Owner at Location Scotland discusses how her Vistage Membership has given her the skills to add the formality and professionalism into Location Scotland. To have the support of her fellow members at the group meetings or in her one-to-one's with the group Chairman, Paul Pinson, has provided Marie with the confidence and ambition to grow the business, to be a bit more aspirational and to think outside the box.
"As a small business owner, I think I can't but continue to learn from people who have maybe been through more experiences then me and sometimes realising that just because you've got a bigger business or you've been doing it longer doesn't mean you have all the answers either, so it's really quite empowering sometimes."
